Corn krumiri

Unleavened rectangular-shaped biscuits with a rough and grooved surface. Made from corn flour and with the typical flavour of the Sicilian lemons juice and the sweetness of the Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. This line of simple and delicious shortbread biscuits comes from the collaboration with a famous Venetian pastry chef and is made only from wholemeal corn flour and selected raw materials, such as free-range eggs, raw brown sugar, butter obtained from fresh milk from the South Tyrolean mountain farms, essential oil of Sicilian lemons and, finally, a touch of mild sweetness given by the Madagascar Bourbon vanilla berries.
